To Whom It May Concern,
I’m pleased to recommend Savana Bradley, who has worked under my supervision as a Product Designer at Teamworks. During her time on our team, I’ve been continually impressed by her curiosity, adaptability, and collaborative spirit- qualities that make her an absolute pleasure to work with and a valuable member of any design team and company.
From the very start, Savana has approached her work with openness and enthusiasm. She actively seeks feedback and, more importantly, applies it thoughtfully- showing measurable growth after every round of critique or mentorship session. Her curiosity often leads her to explore multiple design directions, resulting in creative solutions that balance user needs with product goals.
Savana is also a true team player. She’s quick to step in and help with projects that come up last minute, showing flexibility and a positive attitude under tight timelines. Beyond project work, she’s shown a genuine interest in design culture- participating in design discussions and helping build a sense of community within the team.
I’m confident that Savana will continue to thrive as she takes on new challenges. Her eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and collaborative energy make her an asset to any team. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any future design opportunity.

I'm pleased to recommend Savana Bradley with whom I had the pleasure of working with for a year and a half. Savana was our first design hire at basepath and made an immediate and lasting positive impact on our customers and organization. She is a talented designer with good taste and product sense, and skilled in Figma. She always delivered high quality work and led several complex design projects, from user discovery and ideation to engineering handoff and release. She is a team player and easy to work with, always open to feedback and capable of independently managing large projects with multiple stakeholders. She is the definition of a go-getter and has an incredible can-do attitude and learner's mindset. I give her my strongest recommendation.

Savana is a tremendously talented designer and individual. Her work played a meaningful role in the success of both Basepath, the company she helped position for a successful acquisition, and Teamworks, the company that acquired Basepath. Her ability to put herself into the mind of the user and design products and experiences that make for a more friendly and seamless UI/UX was incredibly impressive. We saw material lift in our product usage and retention, largely driven by Savana's efforts. Her work ethic, integrity, and positive attitude were all exceptional. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to add a high performing and all around great person to their team.

To Whom It May Concern,
It's a pleasure to voice my recommendation for Savana Bradley, who I worked with closely during her time at Teamworks.
While at Teamworks, I worked in close collaboration and was in daily communication with Savana in my role as a Senior Product Manager for the General Manager and Influencer product lines. Teamworks is an established sports tech SaaS platform known as “The Operating System for Sports” that serves over 1,000 universities and professional sports teams, with over 500,000 users of our various products.
When we brought on Savana as part of our acquisition of her previous company, we were impressed with her portfolio and experience designing consumer facing products for mobile and web, but we knew she was going have her hands full with our product with all of it’s complexities and breadth of offerings. However Savana hit the ground running and quickly was able to become an advocate for our users and work across both products, web and mobile. Savana was always willing to be involved in the whole process, from ideation, working through engineering constraints, and incorporating feedback after her designs were in production and available to our users. I can think of countless ideas I brought to Savana that were half-baked and I knew might never see the light of day. Not only was she willing to work with me as the PM and turn my ideas into workable designs, but often times those features would only get prioritized because Savana’s designs took them from just an idea to a concept that our team could quickly comprehend the value behind.
Often times I’ve seen designers and engineers clash and it can result in tension or features not getting done because a middle ground couldn’t be reached. When working with our engineers, Savana not only was able to communicate her designs clearly, but quickly gained their respect because of her desire to understand their process and frameworks in and out. With one build in particular, we had numerous design constraints as a result of a third-party integration we were integrating into our Contracts platform, a crucial piece of technology responsible for sending out millions of dollars of certified contracts to studentathletes. Savana not only accepted the constraints, but dove into the third-party’s offering to understand how to implement the features needed within our design system. Had it not been for Savana’s ability to understand the problem and understand our engineer’s point of view, we likely would have wasted precious resources in building features that we’d later need to re-design to bring into our design system.
Being an effective product designer requires you to be quick on your feet and able to ideate quickly when the market and product change. Savana was always eager to learn more about our changing industry and the legislation and developments that may impact our product design and see everything from our customers point of view. For the majority of her time at Teamworks, she was the sole designer for the Influencer product offering that is used daily on web and mobile for over 100,000 users. She was able to implement the larger company’s design system on existing features, as well as design net new features to bring value to our customer base during a critical, turbulent time in college sports.
In summary, Savana Bradley is a talented designer with an strong work ethic and natural ability to design products in a collaborative way that drives product growth and usage. I am confident that Savana will continue to excel and bring the same level of dedication and excellence to any role she chooses to take on, any organization would be incredibly fortunate to have her on their team. If you have any further questions or would like additional insights into Savana’s capabilities, please do not hesitate to reach out! I’d be more than happy to discuss her qualifications in more detail.
